Zen Meditation - Invocation of Hoor-pa-kraat

Harpocrates the God of Silence

I wanted to post a meditation that has really helped me change the way I think and made me a more relaxed and happier person.

It's called a Zen Meditation. What the meditation baasically consists of doing is learning how to silence the mind to achieve mental peace and relaxation. I think it's made a smarter person and helps learn to have full control of my thoughts, something that is also spoken of having to learn how to do in "Liber III".

It could be considered an invocation of Hoor-pa-kraat since Hoor-pa-kraat is the Egyptian God of Silence.

"7. Behold! it is revealed by Aiwass the minister of Hoor-paar-kraat." - Liber Legis

To begin the meditation try finding a room where you will not be disturbed for atleast about an hour. Ask the people in your house that you will need to be alone for about an hour and not be disturbed.

Sit cross legged on the floor, you may get a mat or cushion to support you, try getting as comfortable as possible.

Once you do this start to clear your mind from all the stresses of the day, alieviate yourself from all your hardships, forget about all your problems, and just relax.

Feel calm, quiet, and relaxed. Try not to think of anything negative, sad, or troublesome, simply focus on happiness and peace.

Once you do this and your mind is completely relaxed start to focus on trying to achieve complete silence of thought to the point where your mind has no thought's at all and is completely silent.

If this feels difficult for you, you may utter a mantra to try and silence your thoughts such as "Aum" or "Aum Tat Sat Aum" this will help empty your mind from thoughts.

You should focus on your breathing and perhaps if you'd like practice a bit of Pranayama, learning how to control your breath will also help you control the thoughts that arise in your mind.

Once you master this you should be able to learn how to completely keep your head completely silent. It may take a bit of practice, but once mastered you should be able to achieve much better control of your thoughts and you will be able to think a lot clearer.

There is so much noise and nonsense that clutters the mind. This is very unhealthy and can really stress a person out. Learning how to control every single thought that arises in your mind will definitely make you a master of your thoughts.

The thought is like a Beast that is not easily obedient unto Man. You must learn to control your thought and make it be obedient unto you, you must gain full control.

Once mastery is achieved you should be able to be in full control of yourself.

Aum! Ha! Silence!

Edit: I want to recommend everybody this book called "The Beginners Guide to Zen Buddhism" by Jean Smith, it's a really good book on the subject of attaining a state of Zen.

Love is the Law

The History of the Goetia

The Goetia is actually a text based on King Solomon's Magick.

Solomon by the way is an ancestor of Jesus Christ.

I just wanted to show you this from the Holy Bible:

If you read verses 6 through 16 from Matthew, you'll notice that Solomon is a Great Grandfather of Jesus Christ.

It says this on the Introduction of "The Key of Solomon":

It's the part where Solomon starts to explain to his son Roboam what his Magick is all about.

This is just a bit of information I thought was important that I should point out.

What Liber IV says about the Devil

"Before leaving the subject of Black Magic, one may touch lightly on the question of Pacts with the Devil.
The Devil does not exist. It is a false name invented by the Black Brothers to imply a Unity in their ignorant muddle of dispersions. A devil who had unity would be a God

It was said by the Sorcerer of the Jura that in order to invoke the Devil it is only necessary to call him with your whole will.

This is the reason why the magician who performs the Operation of the "Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage", immediately after attaining to the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel, must evoke the Four Great Princes of the Evil of the World.

"Obedience and faith to Him that liveth and triumpheth, that reigneth above you in your palaces as the Balance of Righteousness and Truth" is your duty to your Holy Guardian Angel, and the duty of the demon world to you.

These powers of "evil" nature are wild beasts; they must be tamed, trained to the saddle and the bridle; they will bear you well. There is nothing useless in the Universe: do not wrap up your Talent in a napkin, because it is only "dirty money"!

With regard to Pacts, they are rarely lawful. There should be no bargain struck. Magick is not a trade, and no hucksters need apply. Master everything, but give generously to your servants, once they have unconditionally submitted.

There is also the questions of alliances with various Powers. These again are hardly ever allowable.

No Power which is not a microcosm in itself --- and even archangels reach rarely to this centre of balance --- is fit to treat on an equality with Man. The proper study of mankind is God; with Him is his business; and with Him alone. Some magicians have hired legions of spirits for some special purpose; but it has always proved a serious mistake. I don't believe in the italicized parts of the book because they were not written by Aleister Crowley himself and believe what they say is false.

If you listen closely I think Kanye West is actually saying "Hail CN".

CN sounds like "Cien" which is Spanish for 100, Julio = 100.
