I wanted to show you some really important links I often go to on a daily basis during my personal studies and research which I thought were really important.

Internet Video Archive

www.youtube.com

I have to admit that when I'm looking for a movie that I can't find at the Video Store or on Netflix or something like that I just download it from this website, so I can watch whichever movie I want to watch that's hard to find it. They typically have them on this website:

Torrent Search Engine

http://thepiratebay.se/

In order to use the Torrent downloaded from that website all you basically have to do is download this program called BitTorrent, which just happens to be the BitTorrent program I typically use, which you can find here:

Torrent Downloading Program

http://www.bittorrent.com/

When you're trying to download a Torrent file from Pirate Bay make sure to only click on the link that says "GET THIS TORRENT" with a little Magnet sign next to it. Once you've downloaded the Torrent you have to open it up with the program called Bit Torrent which you can download from bittorrent.com.

Typically whenever I download files from an Internet Page I just save the files temporarily to my Desktop and then later on I arrange my files and store them neatly in the appropriate folders. I typically make New Folders for all kinds of Files that I store on my Computer. In order to make a New Folder in which you would like to store particular kinds of Files in simply go to your Desktop hit the Right Click Button go to "New" and then click on "Folder" and that should make a "New Folder" appear in which you can store whatever kinds of Files you would like to store in that Folder.

Whenever I get a New Laptop I always make sure to install these programs first:

WinRar; This program is for opening .rar files.

http://www.win-rar.com/

PowerIso; This program is for opening .iso files.

http://www.poweriso.com/

Google Chrome Internet Browser

https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

My preferred Internet Browser an alternative to Internet Explorer, before that it was Mozilla Firefox, but then I switched to Google Chrome out of simple personal preference.

Whenever I'm using the my Computer I make sure to never use any "Free Toolbars" or any strange Gimmick Programs like that because they only serve to damage my computer. I only keep my Bookmarks Bar right underneath my Address Bar and that's the only other Toolbar I use.

I also always make sure to have three Media Players, Windows Media Player, WinAmp, and iTunes. That way I can always have multiple things playing at the same time.

You can find these programs here:

WinAmp

http://www.winamp.com/

iTunes

http://www.apple.com/itunes/

Windows Media Player

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/products/windows-media-player

I always use Windows instead of Mac, so right now I'm using Windows 7 which I actually thought was really good.

I always set my Internet Browser Google Chrome's Homepage to www.google.com. On my Bookmarks Toolbar I typically have a Bookmark Link to Facebook, Hotmail, PirateBay, Youtube, Blogger, and then Folder's to other thing's like for instance I have a Folder which has all of the Thelemic Liber's so it's a Bookmarks Folder called "Libri" and then I have a Bookmarks Folder called "Roman Studies" and then I have a Folder called "Other Bookmarks" for other random things.

On my Desktop typically the only Shortcuts I have are Google Chrome, Windows Media Player, Bit Torrent, the Recycle Bin, and Random Folder's with Random Files. I never leave up any other Shortcuts to any other Programs.

By the way when you install a Program you can find the Programs File Folder inside of this Archive in your Computer called "Program Files" which on most typical Windows Computers you can find inside of your Main Hard drive which is typically called "(C:)" typically you'd just have to go to the Folder labeled "Computer" find the "C" Drive and you'll find the "Program Files" Folder in there. That's where all of the Programs you've installed onto your Computer are found. You can make Shortcuts to these Programs by simply right clicking on the Main Programs File and clicking on "Make Shortcut" and then putting this Shortcut on your Desktop so you can access this Program a lot faster whenever you'd need to do so.

Right now I'm using a Laptop with a Hard Drive with 221 GB's which I thought was pretty good. That tell's you how much Data you can store onto your computer. 1,000 MB's makes 1 GB. Megabytes / MB's and Gigabytes / GB's tell you the size of any given file. How many GB's are in your Hard Drive (Typically (C:) found inside the Folder / Icon labeled "Computer" or "My Computer") tell you how many files you can store based on the size of the files which are measured in MB's and GB's.

I also typically have a habit of just using MS Paint or Wordpad rather than Microsoft Word or Photoshop, unless I'm working on something really important then I'll use those other programs, but typically I don't really need them. I just like the simpleness of Wordpad and MS Paint. By the way if you haven't learned how to do so yet I'd suggest learning how to Copy, Cut, and Paste. In order to Copy and Paste certain text simply highlight it using your Cursor (The Cursor is the Arrow you move with your Mouse.) then Right Click it and if you click on Copy it will Copy the text and then simply Right Click and the Click Paste onto wherever you want to Paste this text. If you click Cut instead of Copy it will delete the text and Copy it at the same time. "CTRL + C" is the Hot Key to "Copy" and "CTRL + V" is the Hot Key to Paste.

Also there's this other thing I would do with my older computer since it was really laggy. If my computer ever froze due to me opening up a program that would start making the computer crash basically what I'd do is go to the Taskbar at the bottom, right click it, and then go to "Task Manager" once I was there I'd go to "Processes" and then find the Program's Process and click "End Process" and the Program would automatically get shut down.

Whenever you need to Uninstall a Program just go to Control Panel and look for "Uninstall Program" and it'll show you how to Uninstall anything you need to Uninstall.

If you want to install a New Font simply download it from whichever website your downloading it from and drag the files into the Font Folder on Control Panel.

I forgot to mention also I usually download and install Adobe Reader to open E-book files that are in .pdf format. This one time I remember when they released a new version of Adobe Reader it wouldn't run on my Computer, so I simply just Googled "Adobe Reader Older Version" and downloaded an older version of the program and it actually worked, since the new version they had released wouldn't work properly.

You can find Adobe Reader which is the program used to open .pdf files here:

Adobe Reader; Program used for opening .pdf files.

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Whenever you're looking for the E-book version of any kind of text just Google "(Book name) pdf" and it'll show you links to sites with the E-book of whatever book you're looking for.

There's this website that has a huge library on tons of E-books you can find on the internet:

Free E-Book Search Engine

www.scribd.com

Whenever I want to buy a Book I'm looking for I typically order it from www.amazon.com

Whenever I need to learn information on kind of random street drug or pharmaceutical there's site that's like an information database about drugs called Erowid:

Drug Information Database

www.erowid.org

Also if you're looking for way's on how to make bombs, explosives, how to find cheap legal highs, how to get high household items, learn secret government conspiracies, learn how to do Magick, learn about UFO's, and any weird shit like that I'd suggest going to the Totse Archives found here:

Bad Ideas, Drugs, Ego, Erotica, Fringe, Society, Technology

http://www.zoklet.net/totse/

I never trust advertisements that say stuff like "You are the 100000th Viewer you just won... etc etc" I never trust those they always have some sort of catch. I would suggest to stay away from any kinds of ads like that at all times, I've never trusted them and I still don't. I just casually pass by all of them. They usually try to trick you into getting your money and stuff like that. I also never trust any kinds of special Toolbars for Internet Browsers and I always make sure to keep my Home Page on www.google.com when I open Google Chrome.

There's this other thing I figured I'd mention, there's some video formats that require you to get this thing called a "DivX" Codec in order to play certain movies downloaded from PirateBay, so just make sure to Google "DivX Codec" download it and install it in order to play certain video's / movie's that might not work.

Whenever you have a certain file that's in a strange format just try typing in whatever .etc format it's in and Google ".etc Codec" and installing whatever Codec it is the file needs to be utilized.

Metamorphoses by Ovid

I just found this amazing Classical Text from Ancient Rome written by an Ancient Roman poet named Ovid.

It's called Metamorphoses.

‎"[...] Caesar is a god in his own city. Outstanding in war or peace, it was not so much his wars that ended in great victories, or his actions at home, or his swiftly won fame, that set him among the stars, a fiery comet, as his descendant. There is no greater achievement among Caesar’s actions than that he stood father to our emperor. Is it a greater thing to have conquered the sea-going Britons; to have lead his victorious ships up the seven-mouthed flood of the papyrus-bearing Nile; to have brought the rebellious Numidians, under Juba of Cinyps, and Pontus, swollen with the name of Mithridates, under the people of Quirinus; to have earned many triumphs and celebrated few; than to have sponsored such a man, with whom, as ruler of all, you gods have richly favoured the human race? Therefore, in order for the emperor not to have been born of mortal seed, Caesar needed to be made a god. [...]
Augustus, his ‘son’, will ensure that he ascends to heaven as a god, and is worshipped in the temples. Augustus, as heir to his name, will carry the burden placed upon him alone, and will have us with him, in battle, as the most courageous avenger of his father’s murder. Under his command, the conquered walls of besieged Mutina will sue for peace; Pharsalia will know him; Macedonian Philippi twice flow with blood; and the one who holds Pompey’s great name, will be defeated in Sicilian waters; and a Roman general’s Egyptian consort, trusting, to her cost, in their marriage, will fall, her threat that our Capitol would bow to her city of Canopus, proved vain.
Why enumerate foreign countries or the nations living on either ocean shore? Wherever earth contains habitable land, it will be his: and even the sea will serve him!" - Ovid, Metamorphoses, XV, 745-842.

" Metamorphoses (from the Greek μεταμορφώσεις, "transformations") is a Latin narrative poem in fifteen books by the Roman poet Ovid, describing the history of the world from its creation to the deification of Julius Caesar within a loose mythico-historical framework. Completed in AD 8, it is recognized as a masterpiece of Golden Age Latin literature. One of the most-read of all classical works during the Middle Ages, the Metamorphoses continues to exert a profound influence on Western culture." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamorphoses

Truly an amazing book very crucial to our studies. This book practically marks a new leap in our Scientific research! It's hard for me to understand how I only just came upon it. I hadn't heard about it before. I'm going to make sure to dedicate an entire blog to it's study soon!

Classic Definition of Blog According to Wiki

"A blog (a portmanteau of the term web log)[1] is a discussion or information site published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete entries ("posts") typically displayed in reverse chronological order so the most recent post appears first. Until 2009 blogs were usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often were themed on a single subject. More recently "multi-author blogs" (MABs) have developed, with posts written by large numbers of authors and professionally edited. MABs from newspapers, other media outlets, universities, think tanks, interest groups and similar institutions account for an increasing proportion of blog traffic. The rise of Twitter and other 'micro-blogging' systems helps integrate MABs and single-author blogs into societal newstreams. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog

"Many blogs provide commentary on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries; yet still others function more as online brand advertising of a particular individual or company. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability of readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (art blog), photographs (photoblog), videos (video blogging or vlogging), music (MP3 blog), and audio (podcasting). Microblogging is another type of blogging, featuring very short posts.
As of 16 February 2011, there were over 156 million public blogs in existence.[4]" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog
