P.P. - King of the Jews

After doing some contemplation on what this glyph could possibly mean. I made a couple of conclusions as to what it might mean.

I read some interesting things that made me notice that "P.P. - King of the Jews" might be talking about the fact that the Jews perform a ritual when one turns 13 called a "Bar Mitzvah" in which they cut a part of the foreskin from the penis off called "Circumcision".
